Everyone can enjoy one of the most family friendly and fun-packed roller discos in sussex and on the south coast with GYSO. So whether your an absolute beginner or pro skater, or maybe just looking for a different spin on a good family time come down to one of our venues, there is something for everyone at a GYSO roller disco.

Lessons - If you have never roller skated before or want a little help then come along to our skate classes, with Nick Mallinson a professional instructor for 15 years, this 45 minute lesson before the disco is an excellent training ground for the absolute beginner, the cost of this lesson also includes the beginners Disco.

Beginner Disco - Beginner disco with the best music and excellent atmosphere, speed limited and plenty of help and advice on hand if needed. Great mid session games for all abilities and fun, friendly skate guards makes this an excellent family event for newcomers and beginners.

Mixed Disco - This event is for all abilities, a slightly faster pace, but still speed limited to allow a mixture of skaters to strut their stuff and enjoy the music and games on all levels. Family friendly, and enjoyable atmosphere this is our most popular disco's and make for a fun-filled evening.

Advanced Disco - Lights Low, all speeds go ! this is an advanced skaters only disco, with some hard-core games, and varying skate directions, this is the experienced skaters only, and not available at all venues. So if your a serious skater and looking for an action filled - loud music extreme skating night then look out for these sessions at some of our venues.

New Venue - Henfield GYSO's Friday Night Venue is still going strong every week at Henfield, our new Roller Disco with Beginner and Mixed Sessions is held at the fantastic Henfield Leisure Centre. First Disco starts @ 6:30 pm Opening Night - Friday 11th June 2010
